Excellent builder would highly recommend. James (JRB) quoted for 2 phases of my building project which was an independent garden annex at the bottom of my garden.
Phase 1 was the ground works which James quoted for and awarded the job.
Phase 2 was the masonry, again which I awarded to James due to the quality of the groundwork’s and the reasonable and fair pricing in his quote.
Only minor issues occurred during the build, but when they were identified James was very responsive, and took action to rectify the issue without question. Often you may find builders ignore calls or not taking responsibility so this was very reassuring by James.
In this particular case my electrician could not pull a cable through an underground conduit so James arrived with 2 other guys to find a solution to force it through.
The only improvement I can think of is some parts could have been completed faster but I understand it’s a sector wide problem, good builders will have multiple jobs to complete.
Overall, I’m very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend JRB. 👍
