James and his team helped us remodel the interior of our property. Throughout the whole project they were great communicators – always available and immediately responsive if there was any aspect of the job that required immediate attention. Polite and enthusiastic in ensuring all aspects of the job were discussed at each stage. The job ended up being bigger than we anticipated and they ended up doing a lot of exterior work as well – patio and driveway included, and working in tandem with UK Power Networks and doing all the growing works for a meeting electricity supply (at very short notice). They literally dropped everything that day to ensure trenches were done to exact specifications and all work (inside and out) was done to a high standard. James liaised with other tradesmen (plumber/electrician etc) and kept our job moving along at a pace we were happy with. James’s team removed a macerator from the downstairs toilet, laid a soil pipe to the main sewage and re-connected all of the services and made good everything that was disturbed during the work.
This was by no means an easy job. It was carried out in the most professional way and to an extremely high standard.
